Transformation Begins with Awareness

I don't believe transformation comes from becoming someone new. I believe it comes from remembering who you've always been beneath the layers of conditioning, expectation, fear, and habit.

My role is not to be your teacher, because I believe your greatest teacher already lives within you. My role is to walk beside you as a guide and a steward —to ask thoughtful questions, offer meaningful suggestions and practices, and create experiences that help you reconnect with your own inner wisdom.

At Vortices, we don't seek answers outside ourselves. We learn to listen more deeply within. As that relationship grows, life begins to organize itself from the inside out.

I don't offer you a path. I help you discover yours.

When someone comes to Vortices, my deepest intention isn't for them to leave saying, "Majeeda changed my life."

It's for them to leave saying, "I met a part of myself I didn't know was there."

Every return is an invitation to go deeper

People often imagine growth as a straight line—learn something once, master it, move on. But my experience as a yoga instructor says otherwise.

Growth can seem circular.

You return to the same pose
The same breath
The same question
The same life challenge

But you're not the same person

So it isn't a circle

It's a Spiral

Each return, each layer of practice takes you deeper, revealing another layer of understanding. That's one of the most beautiful characteristics of a vortex—it spirals inward and outward at the same time. It can serve as a living metaphor for consciousness itself.
