Practice Descriptions
Sun Salutation Foundations
Think of progressive practice like peeling away the thin layers of an onion. With each layer removed, we get deeper into the onion and as we get deeper, the aroma and flavor becomes stronger and more potent until finally we come to the center, where we find the seed. We collect the core or the seed only to replant it and begin the process again.
1000 repetitions and you will only begin to understand everything you don’t yet understand about your self through your yoga practice. There’s never a final destination or ending, there’s only the experience that happens every time we step onto the mat. ~ Intermediate
PREREQUISITE: Sun Salutation Foundations
Vinyasas Flow II
This class focuses on building the endurance, alignment awareness and strength needed for inversions most commonly practiced in Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga Yoga practices. PREREQUISITE: The minimum requirement for this practice is to be able to kick or crawl up to a wall-supported handstand and hold It for at least 20 seconds. ~ Intermediate
Move from Within
Move from Within is a slow, deep movement practice based in movements you might find in a traditional yoga class. It allows each person to go at their own pace based on the individual fitness levels, learning to move into the center or midline of the body to attain maximum balance, strength and healthy functional movement supported by the core. ~ All Levels
Sun Salutation Foundations focuses on building a strong foundation for the first of 3 main Sun Salutations found in traditional Vinyasa Flow style practices.
You will learn to correctly align and deepen engagement into your. core with techniques that will set you up for a safe, progressive yoga practice that will benefit your physical body, your nervous autonomic system, your mind and much more.
Inversion Junkies

Guided Meditation is an invitation to become fully present within yourself. Through mantra, mudra, breath, vocal toning, and guided awareness, you'll cultivate the ability to listen more deeply to the subtle intelligence that exists within the body.
Whether you're beginning a meditation practice or deepening an existing one, these sessions offer a supportive space to cultivate presence, expand awareness, and discover that the deepest journeys inward begin by becoming fully present where you already are.

Yin Meridian Tuneup
Yin Dragon is an invitation to turn inward. Rooted in the receptive qualities of Yin, this practice explores stillness, patience, surrender, and the quiet awareness that emerges when we stop striving to make something happen.
Postures are held for longer periods, creating space to soften beneath the surface of muscular effort and bring awareness to the deeper layers of the body and the energetic pathways traditionally understood as meridians.
Rather than pushing toward an outcome, Yin Dragon asks us to listen—to notice sensation, subtle movement, resistance, spaciousness, and whatever else arises in stillness. The practice becomes less about what we are doing with the body and more about what the body can reveal when given the time and space to be heard.
