I offer specific sequenced series classes that lead to focused and progressive movement practices, which are firmly grounded in the traditional yogic discipline. This structured approach ensures that practitioners will experience continuous personal, inner growth, and meaningful development throughout the entire series, fostering a deeper connection to all layers of the physical and subtle bodies.
This Inward Journey will provide you with the opportunity to explore deeply and to fully integrate each of these significant aspects of your being one step at a time.
Why do I only offer series classes
My students have heard me say 1000 times, you can only peel away the layers of an onion one layer at a time.
What does that have to do with our yoga practice? Well, if we think of our physical body in the same way, it helps us to understand we can only learn one layer at a time.
There are 5 layers of the human body.
Physical body
Subtle/light body
Mental body
Intellectual body
Divine body
So if we use the analogy of the onion, we would begin with the physical body.
From your physical body, you will embark on a profound journey inward to discover your various “subtle bodies.”
These include your subtle or light body, where breath and emotions interweave; your mental body, where thoughts and obsessions can be identified and ultimately mastered; your intellectual body, where true intelligence and deep wisdom can be uncovered; and finally, your divine body, where the essence of consciousness can be uniquely experienced.
Private Sessions
If you’re looking for something completely integrated and specifically tailored to meet your unique needs, then 1:1 private sessions might just be the perfect next step for you to consider.
Here are some reasons you might want to consider private sessions:
Reasonably fit, but new to yoga and want to get the basics before jumping into a full class environment.
You’ve been away from your practice for more than a year and need to refresh before getting back into the class you fit into
You have specific concerns that wouldn’t be addressed in a general group class
You want to work on a specific skill

I became a yoga instructor quite by accident and I’ve stayed with it for the past 18 years because it enriches me both as a teacher and a student. I don’t focus on looking or sounding perfect or pretending to have all the answers, and I encourage you always to listen to your body.
I've unexpectedly grown as a yogi and an instructor by being honest with myself and my students. I believe we are always both teacher and student.
I share my love of yoga, breath work, movement, energy alignment practices and meditation because they have been a huge part of my own healing journey to greater peace, balance, health and wholeness.
